How does it work?

Just like your other online clothing shops:

1. Find something you like

2. Add to cart

3. Pay for it

4. It will arrive neatly packaged.

   Please note: When purchasing a vintage garment, please be aware that it is an old item of clothing with history and individuality. A genuine vintage garment will usually be a unique one-off.

   It will most probably have minor signs of age/wear.

You are helping the environment by choosing to buy a second hand item.

Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order has been dispatched.

The standard delivery charge is £6.80 for larger parcels, then smaller items are £4.50 - all will be sent by Royal Mail first class Signed For post. This will take approximately 2-3 working days. If they are heavy, e.g footwear, coats or multiple items, they will be sent Royal Mail special delivery taking approx 3 days, still standard delivery charge.

A signature will be required.

This is is at ‘£0.00’ as each country costs a separate amount to ship to, it enables you to not miss out during stock drops, and we will invoice you directly once we get a shipping quote.

RETURNS

You can return any item you are unhappy with for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Please consider the impact returns have on us as a small, family-run business.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items back to us.

This should be done within 7 days from the date you received the item. You should confirm in writing (email or letter) that the item is being returned, stating the order number and the reason why the item is being returned.

Please remember that you are purchasing a second-hand item, it will have been previously worn. We will always try to describe any wear & tear that appears to the eye.

The item is your responsibility until we receive it back, and therefore we suggest you send the item back using Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service. We can only accept returns of items that are in a resaleable condition. When trying your item on, please do not wear deodorant or perfume as this can mark the item and we cannot accept it back for a refund in an unsaleable condition.

Your refund will be processed within 2 working days of us receiving the item back, though sometimes it may take longer to appear on your bank records.

This returns policy is in addition to the United Kingdom's distance selling regulations and your statutory rights are not affected.
